We collect information to provide, personalize, and enhance our examination preparation services:

• Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Name, email address, contact numbers, and profile avatars provided during account registration or authenticated via Google OAuth 2.0.
• Academic & Performance Records: Mock test responses, quiz scores, accuracy metrics, time taken per question, typing practice speeds (gross/net WPM, accuracy percentages), and leaderboard rankings.
• Payment & Transaction Data: When you purchase premium tests or subscriptions, transaction identifiers and purchase statuses are securely handled via authorized PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partners. We never store raw credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Device & Technical Telemetry: Device models, unique hardware identifiers (UUID/Android ID), operating system versions, IP addresses, network types, and browser user-agent tokens for fraud prevention and performance optimization.

2. Purpose & Legal Basis of Data Processing

Your personal data is strictly processed for legitimate educational and technical purposes:

• To establish, authenticate, and manage your student profile.
• To render personalized dashboards, performance analytics, and dynamic leaderboards.
• To maintain application security, prevent unauthorized account sharing, and detect automated bots.
• To send critical system alerts, test release updates, and educational newsletters via authorized channels.

3. Data Security & Storage Protocols

We enforce enterprise-grade security standards utilizing Google Firebase Security Rules, encrypted HTTPS/TLS 1.3 data-in-transit protocols, and AES-256 encrypted data-at-rest configurations. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel under strict least-privilege access management.

4. Third-Party Service Integrations

To deliver our core features, we collaborate with vetted technical service providers:

• Google Cloud Platform & Firebase: Authentication, Firestore database storage, and Cloud Functions.
• Payment Gateways: Processing encrypted monetary transactions.
• Performance & Crash Analytics: Monitoring platform uptime and diagnosing application exceptions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade student personal records to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion Protocol

In accordance with data protection regulations, users retain full control over their personal data:

• Account & Data Erasure: You have the right to request complete deletion of your account, scores, and associated profile records. 6. Children's Privacy

Our educational services are intended for individuals preparing for competitive exams (typically aged 16 and above). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental/guardian consent.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," or "You") and ExamSheet. By accessing, downloading, or using our mobile application and web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Permitted Educational Use & License

ExamSheet grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access educational materials, mock tests, daily current affairs, and typing modules strictly for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

2. User Accounts, Security & Prohibited Activities

• Credential Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Prohibition of Account Sharing: Concurrent unauthorized logins or commercial reselling of account access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
• Automated Scraping: Any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, extract questions/passages, deploy web crawlers, or bypass copy-protection controls on ExamSheet is illegal and subject to legal prosecution.
• System Integrity: You agree not to execute distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts, inject malicious code, or manipulate leaderboard rankings through software exploits.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software source code, visual UI layouts, database architectures, curated question banks, explanations, daily editorial summaries, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of ExamSheet. No part of our platform may be reproduced, mirrored, published, or broadcast without prior written authorization.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

• Pricing and access validity for premium test series or packages are clearly specified before purchase.
• Due to the immediate digital provisioning of digital learning assets, test access, and proprietary solutions, purchases are non-refundable once unlocked, except in cases of double deductions or verified technical failure to deliver the service.

5. Termination of Access

ExamSheet reserves the unilateral right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts found engaging in hate speech, exam malpractice, copyright infringement, or breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Under no circumstances shall ExamSheet or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical downtime, connectivity errors, or performance outcomes on third-party government examinations. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExamSheet from any claims arising out of breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

ExamSheet is an independent educational technology platform and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Government of India, any State Government, or statutory examination bodies including, but not limited to:

• SSC (Staff Selection Commission)
• BPSC (Bihar Public Service Commission), UPPSC, or other State PSCs
• IBPS, SBI, RBI, or Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB)

Mock test percentiles, estimated ranks, and evaluation scores provided on ExamSheet are self-diagnostic statistical simulations. They do not represent, guarantee, or predict actual qualification, rank attainment, or selection in any real recruitment examination.

Our study material, typing test modules, or articles may provide external links to third-party reference sources, gazettes, or news outlets. ExamSheet exercises no editorial control over the uptime, content policies, or accuracy of third-party domains.
